RadControls for WinForms Q1 2013 SP1 is now available. Service Pack 1 adds a brand new Windows 8 theme to Telerik's WinForms suite, as well as brings many new improvements to some of the major controls and fixes to the vast majority of reported issues.

Earlier this week, Telerik Dev Labs released yet another pack of updates for our WinForms UI components. Q3'12 Service Pack 1 for RadControls for WinForms brings with it a number of exciting new features – particularly around our data manipulation controls. Only a few weeks following its beta release, we enhanced RadPivotGrid with built-in support for data binding to an OLAP cube. Furthermore, we packed two new modern UI skins, one of which was inspired by Visual Studio 2012 and the other one helps you deliver even better touch user experience in your WinForms apps. In addition to the extra code navigation features introduced in JustCode 2012 Q2 SP2, we have made improvements for Visual Studio themes.  We focused on four main areas to support the new “Modern” user interface in VS2012: the general user interface (tool windows, popups, dialogs, etc.), options pages, the Visual Aid, and code colorization.

As you all know Telerik always strives to follow the latest UI innovations and improvements that the software market offers. With the release of Microsoft Office 2010 we turned our eyes and efforts into creating a theme that covers this style. As a result in Q3 2010 we introduced the Office2010 theme which followed the silverish look of Microsoft Office 2010.
