Key Highlights

• Easier to Start Recording Your Tests: With this release the recording start screen is even more intuitive with visual helpers on how to create your first test. Plus, it’s much easier to keep track of the steps added to your test; a prominent message appears at the top of the browser window.
  
  



• Adjust the Recorder to Better Fit Your Needs: Dock or undock the recorder from the browser to customize your workspace. Resize your recording window and the recording toolbar to best fit your needs.
  
  
  
  
• Much Richer DOM Explorer: The enhanced DOM in the recording toolbar now allows you to select multiple DOM objects, which you can then add as a batch of Elements into your Element Repository. Plus, you can now set friendly names for one or all of the elements you add.
  
  
  
  
• Full-Featured Step Builder Added to Toolbar: Now you can select an object in the DOM, then choose from a number of Step Builder Actions such as Mouse, Scroll, Drag/Drop and JavaScript. You can further customize each action and add it to the test by clicking the “Add Step” button.
