Some of you, who’ve read one of my previous blog posts, already have an idea what’s coming to Telerik’s ASP.NET AJAX Q2 2012.

Now I am happy to tell you that we have the full list of all new controls and interesting features published and accessible through our public roadmap. The page has a brand new design and is easy to find it through the site navigation (Yeeey). Take your time to check it out here. Then don’t forget to share your feedback or ask questions by leaving a comment below. You know it’s valuable.

What’s next? Wait for the beta, which is due at the end of May, to see the early bits in action.

Hi, Ben! Thank you for the good words :) I just want to add that I read your comment about client development and JSON when using server side methodology and I am happy to share with you that actually we thought from this point of view as well. The upcoming RadHtmlChart takes advantage of Kendo capabilities and you could use it with simple server datasource as you would do with standard, good, old fashioned ASP.NET server controls, it will do all the JSON related stuff automatically for you!

Will the RadRibbon work on IE7, for Q2?
Ivan Zhekov
Nikolai,
as noted several times in our forums, we are working on improving theRibbon. Those improvements include the much desired fix for IE7.
However, the fix is part of bigger monolithic changes and can not bereleased stand alone. Instead, it will be included with the rest of thechanges in the Beta, and ultimately in the Q2.
