As you may already know our major focus in RadControls for Windows 8 for the upcoming Q1 2013 release is the Grid component. Let’s start with how we envision this control:

What is RadGrid?

We are happy to announce the Service Pack 1 release of our RadControls for Windows 8 suite. Along with the numerous bug fixes and improvements we have also implemented two highly requested new features for our Date/Time Picker components, available both for the XAML and HTML parts of the suite.

We are happy (well, and proud :)) to announce the public availability of our Windows 8 UI Controls Release Candidate, which allows you to build Windows Store-Ready Apps at no cost. This is an important milestone for us as we are getting closer to the official release and I just can’t wait to share what we have baked for you in this new release. Strictly following our commitment to deliver the same functionality to XAML and HTML developers all the new goodies are available for both environments.

Enrich your Windows Store...

Now that Windows 8 RTM is available to developers, we have prepared a BETA 2 update of our Windows 8 UI suite. This update is fully compatible with the latest Win8 bits as well as it adds several new components/features that we believe will add even more value to the suite.

It’s been about two months since Windows 8 Consumer Preview is out and we, at Telerik, have been enjoying the new framework and all the features it offers. One of the aspects we've been exploring is the immediate mode rendering and what options the new runtime offers.
