Telerik blogs

For those of us who were not lucky enough to go to the PDC this week, Microsoft published all the video recordings online at the Channel9 website. If you have been there you should have seen the Telerik booth and some of my colleagues - we were once again the gold sponsor of the conference.

There are eleven sessions for Silverlight - see them all here:

If you don't have the time to watch them all - here is my Top3 recommended list:

  1. Microsoft Silverlight Futures: Building Business Focused Applications
Jamie Cool talks about the future releases of Silverlight components focused entirely on the LOB scenarios. You really should don't want to miss that one.

  2.  Deep Dive: Building an Optimized, Graphics-Intensive Application in Microsoft Silverlight
A really advanced deep dive session from Seema Ramchandani - if you are building larger apps - definittely watch this video. There is also a nice demo of the XPerf profiling tool.

  3.  Microsoft Silverlight, WPF and the Microsoft .NET Framework: Sharing Skills and Code
If you are building, or planning to build an app that will work on both Silverlight and WPF this is a nice one. Also if you really care on sharing the code between the two platforms check-out the first bits of Prism2.0 project for Silverlight - http://blogs.msdn.com/dphill/archive/2008/09/19/prism-2-0-first-drop.aspx

I hope you will like those. Stay tuned for our official release of Rad Controls for Silverlight, that is coming next week.
