RadChartView is just getting better and better. After implementing printing functionality and stepline series in Q1 2014, we thought that it’s time to implement yet another highly requested feature, so that your end-users can get some rest from their day-to-day work, reading and analyzing data.

With that in mind, allow me to introduce to you the Snake game mode of RadChartView for WinForms.

RadChartView for WinForms in Snake game mode

Turning on the mode is pretty easy, you just have to set EnableSnake = true, and you are already in the game. The rules are simple – get as many scattered points as you can without bumping the snake into the axes and without making the snake bite its tale.

The Snake mode will officially be introduced in the soon to be announced Q1 2014 SP1 at the end of the week. However, we just could not resist lifting the curtain a little sooner and letting you know about our new and adventurous feature.

In order to start playing now, get the bits from here and just set the EnableSnake of RadChartView to true. Or, press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S and voila – you are already seeking to eat some scattered points with your Snake.

What could be better to do with RadChartView today, on April 1st? ;)
